Lone star events
Weddings are our specialty! We are a DIY venue providing western elegance and rustic comfort. You don't have to choose inside or outside…you get both! We only have one event per weekend, so you are free to set up on Friday and tear down on Sunday. When you book a wedding, you have the entire weekend! You are free to choose your own vendors, or we can supply you with the names of those who stood out to us in the past.
You will know your exact cost upfront. We discovered that many venues impose charges that that do not appear until your final bill, and that's not a surprise you want on your wedding day! We are able to provide the wedding of your dreams, within your budget.
The DIY package includes use of indoor and outdoor facilities, fire pit, tables, chairs, ivory table cloths, LED candles, hanging mason jars and a full kitchen. We also have an in house sound system available for your use.
Because we have antiques and a rustic decor, some brides choose not to add much to the interior. The exterior is in full bloom during spring, summer and fall, so the need for additional flowers is minimal. We also have wedding decor (centerpieces, florals, arches, etc..) you are welcome to use.
Most brides prefer the DIY model, but we are also able to provide a turn key, fully customized wedding complete with DJ, Photographer, caterer, cakes, flowers, bartender and wedding planner. If you are interested in this option, we will be happy to go over the details with you.
DIY RATE: Use of the facility the entire weekend (Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon)
$4000 for Weddings in January through April, July & August
$5000 for Weddings in May & June, September through December
